Ghost Run is a game I developed as part of my Game Engine Scripting final. This project pushed my limits of programming, and showed me how to introduce art assets into your game. A special thanks to my teacher David Antognolli, and my classmates for all the help they may have given me over the course of making this game.
Description: This is Ghost Run. Quickly save as many people as you can, and run from the ghost haunting the town. Get to the castle to stop the ghost for good!
Run, jump over spikes, and save as many people as you can.
WASD to move, Space to jump.

This is Block Buddies! A game where you try to outperform your friends. Make it as far as you can by jumping on the randomly generated platforms. Change colors to land on the different colored platforms. The red block can jump onto the red platforms, and the blue block can jump onto the blue platform.
This game was reworked around 4 times. From it’s initial conception as nothing more than a simple endless runner, to the same endless runner, and even an arcade game at one point. I’ve spent a lot of time with this game, trying to make it perfect. It also taught me that nothing is perfect. Nothing can be perfect, no matter how hard we try. I’d just like to thank the professor and classmate that helped me get it to where it is now.
This was my team’s submission for the SAIC x Columbia x DePaul Game Jam. I was the team’s Designer, Producer, and in addition to that I worked on sound effects.
Loss: The Pilgrimage is about a young boy and his father making a pilgrimage to a great mountain, as generations have before. On their journey the father must protect, and teach, his son how to survive the harsh world around them. As they make their journey you must fight with your son to get to the mountain. However, this journey has a great toll on the father. As they get closer, the father grows older, and each passing day makes it harder for him to protect his son. Survive the pilgrimage, protect your son.
This project was my team’s submission for Alpha Lab’s Fall Game Jam. On this project I worked as a Designer, and worked on UI programming.
Syrup Sumo Showdown: You play as a pancake, and your opponent...is also a pancake. The goal is to push your opponent off the table in a sumo match. But instead of pushing, you’ll need to punch, headbutt, and kick your opponent out of the ring. Each move has its own strengths and weaknesses. (Think Rock-Paper-Scissors!)
This is Within; A 2D Boss fighting game. Play as Eve, a girl who's been chased into an abandoned mansion, and must fight off her all too familiar foes.
I worked on this game as a level and boss encounter designer. My responsibilities on this project were designing some of the areas of the game and balancing the bosses according to the player’s abilities. In addition to that, I worked with the programmers to ensure production went as smoothly as possible.
As my senior project, there were quite a few things that went wrong. However, even with those mistakes, it was a good learning experience. I learned more about design in those months working on this game than the whole of my collegiate career. How to better design levels, and balance player mechanics to name a few. I was really proud of the team I was on, and all we accomplished in the short time we had.
